what stands out

Production Office and Foyer are saturated

AP 01 hits −28 dBm in the Production Office and AP 02 −34 in the Foyer, with 5 APs above −67 at each spot. Plenty of capacity; those two rooms almost certainly have APs mounted in or right next to them.

2.4 GHz is crowded, 5 GHz is wide open

Channel 1 reads 57% busy in the Great Room and 60–70% at the Farm House and Purple. Every 5 GHz channel seen sits under 15%. Steer clients to 5 GHz (band steering or a 5 GHz only SSID for show devices).

The tent lawn leans on 2.4 GHz

Purple gets −52 dBm on 2.4 from AP 04 but only −63 on 5 GHz. The Yellow / Green / Red walk tops out at −63 on 2.4 and −72 on 5 GHz for Ojai Meeting. Outdoor tents will want their own AP or a temporary mesh node.

Farm House is well served

AP 03 delivers −39 dBm on 2.4 and −49 on 5 GHz, with AP 11 as a second 5 GHz option at −62. An Airtame is broadcasting its own DIRECT network on channel 6 in there.

Other things on the air

Each Ruckus radio carries 8 BSSIDs (2 named, 6 hidden), which adds beacon overhead on 2.4. A Ubiquiti AVCTRL network sits on channels 1, 11 and 40 near the Great Room, and a phone hotspot ("Being There") showed up by the Foyer.
